Refund Policy
Because many of our services and products are tailored to your unique needs, we typically do not offer refunds once a project or production has begun. However, if there’s an issue due to an error on our part—such as duplicate charges or a product defect—please reach out to us within 7 days, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Shipping & Delivery
For physical merchandise, we ship domestically using trusted carriers. Standard shipping usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are provided at checkout. Please note that delays caused by carriers or customs are out of our control, but we’re always happy to help track your order.
Return Policy
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll ask for photos and details, and if the return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and either a replacement or refund. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are covered if the issue is ours.
Cancellation Policy
For digital or service-based work, cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of starting the project. After that, cancellations may be subject to a fee based on how much work has already been completed. For physical product orders, cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of purchase if production hasn’t started.
